What a feature does
Characters, image and video generation, schedules, publishing, the store, business agents — what each one is and whether it does the thing you need.

Ask Aria
Aria knows this whole product — every feature, what it costs in coins, and which page it lives on. Ask her before you sign up, and once you're in she becomes your account manager: she reads your own numbers and sets your schedules up for you.
No account needed to talk to her.
What does it cost to make a video?
It depends on the model and the length — the studio shows you the exact coin price on the button before you spend anything, and a failed generation refunds itself. Want me to show you where that is?
Can it post to Instagram on its own?
Yes. You set a schedule, tick auto-publish, and it invents the post, renders it with the same face and publishes it. Leave auto-publish off and it lands on your posts board as a draft instead.
Ask something she can't answer and she says so — then flags the question so a human picks it up.
She works from the product's own help knowledge, and it is rewritten whenever the product changes.
Characters, image and video generation, schedules, publishing, the store, business agents — what each one is and whether it does the thing you need.
How coins work, what a generation spends, what a plan covers, and what happens when a run fails. For card and refund questions she hands you to human support.
The part that saves the most time: which page a setting is on and which button gets you there, instead of a hunt through the dashboard.
She only answers from that knowledge. Ask outside it and she says so and flags the question for a human — she doesn't invent an answer to fill the gap.
Once you're signed in
Signed in, she stops being a help page and starts reading your own account — and she can set things up for you rather than telling you where the form is.
She only ever sees your own account, never anyone else's — and she doesn't touch payment details.
How much have I earned this month?
Show me stats for Mia.
Post a new photo of Mia to Instagram every weekday at 6pm.
That's a daily image schedule on weekdays at 18:00, posting to Instagram. Shall I set it up?
Three ways to reach her, all the same conversation — nothing gets split in two places.
Bottom-right corner of every page, signed in or not. Tap it and she opens where you already are — including on this page.
An "Ask Aria" box sits under your name on the dashboard home, with a few suggested questions. Typing there sends it straight to her.
She sits at the top of your chat list, above your recent conversations, so you can open her like any other chat.
Any of these opens her right here on the page.
The demo is the product
She isn't a support widget we bought. She's built on the same Business Agent anyone here can make: a face, a knowledge base she is locked to, a public page, and a bubble on every page of this site. If you want to know whether an agent could answer for your business, the honest test is to interrogate one — so interrogate her.
Build one for your business — freeNo. The chat bubble in the corner of this page is her, and it works signed out. An account only changes what she can do — signed in she can also read your own account and set things up for you.
From the product's own help knowledge, and nothing else. It is rewritten whenever the product changes, so what she tells you is what the platform does today rather than what it did at launch.
She says so rather than inventing an answer, and flags the question — with your own wording attached — so a human picks it up.
Read your characters, their stats, your plan and coins, your earnings, your connected accounts and your schedules — and create, edit, pause or cancel a posting schedule, confirming the details with you before she does. Only ever your own account, never anyone else's.
No. She does not handle payment details. For cards, charges and refunds she points you at the billing area and human support.
Yes. She is a Business Agent, built the same way anyone here builds one: a face, a knowledge base she is locked to, a public page and a chat widget. Talking to her is the honest demo of what your own agent would do.
She answers in plain language, right here, without an account.
